Data deletion — Blink One

Blink One is an app for Shopify merchants. Here is how to delete all of your data held by Blink, or disconnect only the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) connection.

Delete all of your store's data

1. In your Shopify admin go to Settings → Apps, choose Blink One → Uninstall.
2. On uninstall Shopify notifies us (app/uninstalled) and we delete all of the store's data from our servers — settings, data, tokens and connections, including the Meta token.
3. 48 hours after uninstall Shopify sends a shop/redact request and we delete everything belonging to the store again, as a second guarantee. In short: all data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling at the latest.

Approved reviews are stored in your own Shopify store (not on our servers); you can delete them there.

Disconnect Meta only (keep the app)

1. In the app: Growth → Blink Profit, on the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) card → Disconnect.
2. The access token is deleted on our side immediately, and we ask Meta to revoke the permission you gave the app.
3. Ad-spend figures already imported stay in the profit dashboard until you delete them or uninstall the app.

You can also remove the app's access directly in your Facebook settings, under Business Integrations.
