Our commitment

We want every store owner, including people with disabilities, to be able to use Blink One independently, equally and with dignity. We work to make the interface accessible in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, aiming for WCAG level AA (on which Israeli Standard IS 5568 is based).

Status

The interface is partially accessible. No external accessibility audit has been carried out yet.

If something in the interface isn't accessible to you, or you need an adjustment, we'll help and fix it:

Please tell us which screen, what you tried to do, and which assistive technology you use. We will reply and work to fix the issue within a reasonable time (and at the latest as required by reg. 35A(d) — 60 days from a written request, where it applies).
